Our History
Mi Peru’s mission is to provide an experience that revolves around high quality, homemade like, authentic Peruvian cuisine. If you have been to Peru, you will love Mi Peru's food; If you
have not, you will feel like you have. Mi Peru is the second phase of a project
that started more than two decades ago back in Peru, and after being on hold
for a few years, it continues in North Carolina today. Not long ago, the owners
would cook at home and invite friends over. These friends would continuously encourage
them to share their passion for Peruvian food with a broader audience in our
community and this is how Mi Peru came to be. We bring the passion and
knowledge of what embodies Peruvian cuisine, using Peruvian condiments, spices,
and cooking techniques. It is the amalgamation of those and our commitment to quality
that we are proud to bring to our customers.
